Bonnie brings decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, workforce development, and investigative research. A former writer for Huffington Post, she has also played a role in advancing anti-stalking legislation, testified in support of the Violence Against Women Act, and served on boards including Autism Now (a subsidiary of The Arc).

In 2024, Bonnie joined with Shawn DeLude to launch Rock Harbor Truth — a survivor-centered initiative focused on exposing coercive control and amplifying lived experience.
