A powerful statement from a grassroots effort to share concern for children and adults at the Community of Jesus.

This walk took place in the parking lot of Rock Harbor outside the front entrance of the Community on Friday, April 3, 2026 (Good Friday).

A group of concerned citizens and survivors came together for a peaceful Community Walk for Truth — and what may have looked like a simple gathering was, in reality, something much more meaningful: a visible act of courage, compassion, and solidarity.

Over 100 people showed up. And in doing so, they sent a clear message to survivors: you are not alone.

And just as importantly — that this community is paying attention.

Moments like this matter. They build courage. They create connection. And they move this work forward. We are already seeing that momentum grow — more conversations, more awareness, and more people stepping forward.
